You, as an AFP Mall customer deserve the very best in service! Here's how to order something that you see on AFP Mall.

At this time AFP Mall is a brand new thing, and so is growing and improving every day!

For most literary products we can deliver back to you by an E-Mail attachment. What you will get is a file containing the whole work that you just purchased in Rich Text Format (RTF), which will load into just about any word processor on any computer. You can then read directly off the screen, or print it out to keep for future reading.

This method of delivery keeps our costs down so we can give you a lower price on some really excellent literature.

When you order by E-Mail you will receive an answer back with your purchases attached and a bill for what you just bought. Please send your payment right away. Then we can pay the author, which will encourage them to write more!

If you are interested in purchasing a videotape, the process is somewhat different! Since we do not yet have credit card acceptance set up, (Any ideas for a good Visa/MC company?) you will need to call us or write us and then send in a check or money order. I know that at this time this is kind of a pain to do but we will change as soon as we can find a card acceptance company that won't rip us off! Our toll-free number is good in the United States:

All videotapes are available in NTSC, PAL, and SECAM formats. Prices quoted are for NTSC tapes shipped to US destinations. If you are outside the USA, or want PAL or SECAM tapes, please contact us via E-Mail and we will send you a quote right away!
